Tsaro IoT platform enables various stakeholders - building owners, property managers, elevator contractors, and elevator consultants to monitor the complete health of their elevators anytime from anywhere. Our vision is to eliminate the stalled elevators by predictive maintenance thereby reducing the repair costs due to unnecessary downtimes.

Our IoT sensor solution tracks elevator usage and operational incidents (door issues, oil leaks, etc.) to identify performance abnormalities that lead to a broken elevator. The system will generate monthly elevator health reports and proactively notify the elevator companies of any potential issues as an alert so that timely action can be taken.
